The CrankCookieAwards are awarded for the following categories::

1. CrankCookieAward cookies
Participation in this section is limited to shorts with a maximum length of three minutes. Artistically you are at liberty - short, exiting, fast. This is possibly the most difficult discipline among short films - hitting a nerve and getting a message across within a few frames.
Prize money: € 400

2. CrankcookieAward national
Participation in this section is limited to German residents. The films shouldn't be longer than 20 minutes. The choice of topic is free. Documentary, fiction, or experimental - every form may compete.
Prize Money: € 400. Additionally the winner will be invited to the Filmfest Oldenburg: www.filmfest-oldenburg.de

3. CrankCookieAward international
This is an international competition. Artists from all over the world are called to participate. The films shouldn't be longer than 20 minutes and have to be related to the topic «good/bad». Documentary, fiction, or experimental - every form may compete.
